A growing company runs into a dilemma: it needs a technical team — developers, designers, support — but building that team in-house is a heavy burden. Finding the talent, testing it, training it, keeping it, providing offices and infrastructure, and dealing with whoever leaves suddenly. The managed services model resolves this dilemma: you get the team without carrying the burdens of employment. Let us explain how, and who it actually suits.
The model, simply
We provide you with staff trained on your systems, working for you, under our administrative supervision, on a single contract. You direct the work and we handle the rest: recruitment, training, cover during absence, and office infrastructure. The structure is usually a percentage on salaries plus rent for the space — a clear model with no surprises.
What do we actually take on?
Recruitment
We find the talent and test it before it reaches you. You do not post an advertisement, sift hundreds of CVs, or run interviews that never end. The talent arrives ready.
Training
We train the employee on your systems and your way of working, so they start producing sooner instead of the usual months of adjustment.
Cover and replacement
This is the most important advantage, and many overlook it. When an in-house employee leaves suddenly, work stops until you find a replacement and train them — weeks or months of disruption. In our model, someone's departure is not your problem; replacement is our responsibility, and the continuity of your work is protected.
Office infrastructure
An equipped, ready space, without you renting, furnishing and fitting out. The team works in a productive environment from day one. Read about the workspace in Nasr City.
Who does this model suit?
Gulf companies wanting a team at Egyptian cost
A Gulf company that wants an outsourced technical team finds in this model a far lower operating cost than local hiring, without establishing a separate entity in Egypt — we are the entity, and we take on the administrative and legal complexity.
Local companies wanting to expand without the burdens of hiring
A company that wants to grow in capability rather than in administrative structure finds here a way to add capacity without inflating its administrative apparatus and its costs.
What is the difference between us and an ordinary recruitment agency?
This is a fundamental question. A recruitment agency is responsible for supply only — it finds you the employee and its job ends. We are responsible for performance: we manage the team, train it, replace whoever is absent, and guarantee continuity of work. The difference between “we found you someone” and “we guarantee the work continues” is a fundamental difference in the risk you carry.
Common questions
- Does the team work Gulf hours? Yes, when you need that.
- What is the minimum contract period? It is set by role and size — contact us for details.
- Do I control the choice of team? You direct the requirements, and we present suitable candidates for you to choose from.
- And if I want the space only, without a team? That works — the space is a standalone service too. Workspace details.
When the model fits — and when it does not
Honesty requires us to say when it does not suit you either. The model fits when you need continuous technical capacity, want to avoid the burdens of hiring and replacement, and value a lower operating cost. It is less suitable if you need one person for a short, finite task (project-based contracting is better there), or if the nature of your work requires permanent physical presence at your own premises specifically. We are candid about this in the first session — because selling you a model that does not suit you costs us your trust later.
How is the quality of a managed team measured?
A fair question: how do you ensure a managed team actually performs? The answer is in a measurement mechanism agreed from the start: clear performance indicators, periodic reports on delivery, and direct channels to you. You do not hand over the work and wait — you direct and follow transparently. The difference between us and mere labour supply is that we are accountable for those indicators, not for attendance alone. If a member does not perform, replacement and correction are our responsibility, not your problem.
Confidentiality and protecting your data
When an external team works on your systems, questions of confidentiality arise rightly. A serious model includes confidentiality agreements, access permissions limited strictly to need, and clear separation between your data and any other client's. You own your business and your data entirely; the team works within permissions you grant and withdraw whenever you wish. These are not secondary details but the basis of trust in any outsourcing arrangement.
Why do we offer this service at all?
Because we live it. The team that builds our products and serves our clients is built on this very model, in our space in Nasr City. What we offer you, we apply to ourselves. Whoever builds their team this way knows its challenges and their solutions from the inside, not from a brochure. The details are on the managed services page.
In summary
Managed services is not hiring by proxy, but a performance partnership: you get a complete, trained technical team, with guaranteed cover and ready infrastructure — without the burden of building that in-house. The key is to measure it by performance rather than attendance, and to build it on clear confidentiality. If you want to grow in capability rather than administrative complexity, tell us the roles you need, and we will come back with a team plan and a clear cost.
