About the Role
We are looking for an ERPNext Implementer to lead ERPNext / Frappe implementation projects for BDC clients across various industries.
Responsibilities
- Gather client requirements and conduct business analysis.
- Configure ERPNext (Modules: Accounts, Stock, Manufacturing, HR, CRM).
- Create custom DocTypes, Workflows, Print Formats, and Reports.
- Implement Data Migration using the Data Import Tool.
- Train end-users and provide technical support.
- Write project documentation (SRS, Test Cases, User Manuals).
- Post Go-Live follow-up and issue resolution.
Requirements
- 2+ years of ERPNext / Frappe implementation experience.
- Familiarity with accounting, inventory management, and HR fundamentals.
- Sufficient knowledge of Python and JavaScript for customization.
- Familiarity with Frappe Framework (Hooks, Server Scripts, Client Scripts).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts.
- Experience managing Agile projects.
- ERPNext Certified User / Implementer certification is a plus.
